Dan bing (aka Taiwanese egg crêpe roll) is a traditional and popular Taiwanese breakfast that many locals eat on a daily basis and travellers’ find it acceptable. I used to only get the basic dan-bing, but first time seeing dan-bing stuffed with zongzi (sticky rice dumpling)! It goes together quite well! Added a bit of chewiness to the texture.
